She first made her mark in 2012 as the creative mind behind D.I.D. Nail Paint, a nail polish line designed to help women responsibly and easily delve into self care with highly pigmented, eco-friendly options. In 2018, she opened a boutique nail studio in Brooklyn, featuring a manicure-only maintenance and design menu to help women care for natural nails.

Throughout her career, Adrienne’s business savvy and creative vision have been recognized by leading publications such as Essence, Glamour, Harper's Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, and USA Today, to name a few. 

Drawing upon the success of her eco-friendly nail polish line and boutique nail studio, Adrienne now helps emerging and seasoned entrepreneurs turn their business dreams into reality, with a focus on business consultation for creative and visionary thinkers. In this capacity, Adrienne draws from her more than 10 years experience to thoughtfully demystify the process of launching a business, with clarity and strategy, through her consultancy, Brainstorm Sesh. 

Adrienne's dedication to helping others succeed is rooted in her own experience as an entrepreneur as well as her experience as a business counselor and instructor. She knows firsthand the challenges and rewards of starting a business, and she is passionate about sharing her knowledge and insights with others. Whether working with a new startup or an established business looking to pivot, Adrienne brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals.

Adrienne is based in Houston, Texas and is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a bachelor's degree in Radio, Television and Film. She has a masters degree in Administration, Leadership, and Technology from New York University.
